One of the most acknowledged craftsmen in Italy and abroad, Candeago draws inspiration from his studies and in the observation of nature as many of his creations reproduce the most beautiful shapes of this wonderful universe.
In his work he looks for the perfect philological and historical consonance between the architectural shapes and the precious pieces he creates: gates (plain–armoured), stairs, metal grates-grills, banisters, fastenings, doors (plain-armoured), cowls, fireplaces, tables, chairs, bookcases, beds, frames, lamps, locks, ironmongery, decorative furnishing.
His works become basic complements in the decoration of houses, hotels, shops and museums all over the world.
His activity as wrought iron craftsman is testified by lots of publications: AD, Casa Mia, La Mia Casa, Brava Casa, Percorsi Italiani, Bell’Italia. These are some of the magazines that devote their precious attention to his activity: in the foreground AD, Architectural Digest, that has published the iron marvels he has forged over the years.
FABBRO CANDEAGO IS A EN 1090 AND ISO 3834 CERTIFIED COMPANY FOR THE MANUFACTURE AND WELDING OF METAL STRUCTURES
EN 1090 certification is a mandatory certification from July 2014 for execution of structural steelwork as structures or as manufactured components placed on market as construction product in Europe according to Eurocodes and national codes.
Compliance with the EN 1090 guarantees the fulfillment of the requirements established for products that affect the load-bearing capacity of the works with regard to the quality of the materials supplied as well as the qualification of the manufacturing processes.
The welding process certified according to the international standard ISO 3834 guarantees the maintenance of the process quality standards through the application of qualified welding procedures (WPQR) performed by qualified operators, keeping equipment and tools under control, planning the controls on raw materials and on finished products.
